1. Shipping range
At present, our lighting products have been sold well in many countries and regions around the world, mainly covering the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, Japan, etc. We are making every effort to expand our business territory, continuously optimize the logistics network, and strive to provide customers in more countries with high-quality and convenient international shopping experience. Shortly, more countries will be included in our shipping range.
2. Shipping time
After you successfully place an order and complete the payment, we will arrange the shipment for you as soon as possible. Generally, the order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. However, if there are special circumstances such as promotional activities, surge in order volume or product out of stock, the delivery time may be delayed. We will promptly inform you of the latest progress by email or SMS. Please be patient and we will do our best to ensure that your lamps can set off as soon as possible and rush to your home.
3. Shipping time
The shipping time will vary depending on the transportation method you choose and the destination country.
International express: Generally, express delivery services are efficient and fast, and can be delivered in about 3-7 working days. For example, if you choose international express delivery from our warehouse to major cities in the United States, it will generally take 3 to 5 working days to reach you; if you send to major European countries, it may take 5 to 7 working days. However, in special circumstances such as bad weather and holidays, the transportation time may be extended by 1 to 3 working days.
Air transportation: relatively cost-effective, the transportation time is about 7 to 14 working days. For example, if you send to Australia, it usually takes 10 to 12 working days to complete the transportation by air transportation; to Japan, you may receive the lamps in 7 to 10 working days. However, during the peak season, due to the shortage of flight resources, the transportation time may fluctuate by 2 to 5 working days.
Ocean transportation: suitable for customers who purchase in large quantities and have low timeliness requirements, the transportation cycle is longer, generally requiring 20 to 45 working days. For example, it usually takes 30-40 working days to ship goods to Canada by sea; it takes about 25-35 working days to ship goods to the UK. The specific time will also be affected by factors such as port congestion and customs inspection.
4. Freight
The freight calculation takes into account the weight, volume and transportation destination of the lamps. The following is a rough range of freight for your reference:
International express delivery: small lamps (weight 1-2kg) are shipped to the United States, and the freight is about 30-50 US dollars; to European countries, the freight is 40-60 US dollars. Medium lamps (weight 3-5kg) are shipped to the United States, and the freight is about 50-80 US dollars; to Europe, it is about 60-100 US dollars. The freight of large lamps (weight over 5kg) will be higher, and it needs to be calculated according to the actual situation.
Air freight: For lamps weighing 5-10kg, the freight to Australia is about 80-120 US dollars; to Japan, the freight is 60-100 US dollars. If the volume of the lamp is large, the freight will be calculated based on the larger value of the volume weight and the actual weight.
Ocean freight: Ocean freight is relatively low and is calculated by cubic meter. For example, the freight of 1 cubic meter of lamps to Canada is about 200-300 US dollars; to the UK, it is about 180-250 US dollars. However, ocean freight may incur some additional port charges, customs clearance fees, etc. The specific fees can be consulted by customer service when you place an order.
During your order process, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you based on the actual weight, volume and destination country of the lamp you selected, ensuring that you know the shopping cost clearly.
5. Tracking orders
After your lamp is shipped, we will send you a shipping notice containing the logistics tracking number and query link by email as soon as possible. You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of the order in real time on the order tracking page of our store or on the official website of the corresponding transport company. From the moment the goods leave our warehouse, you can see its information at each transfer node, including when it leaves the departure place, which transfer hub it arrives at, and when it is expected to arrive at the destination, so that you can know the transportation itinerary of the lamps and wait for the delivery with peace of mind.
6. Force majeure
During the transportation process, if you encounter force majeure factors, such as natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.), wars, strikes, epidemics, etc., it may cause transportation delays or even damage or loss of goods. Once such a situation occurs, we will communicate with the transport company in a timely manner to obtain the latest information and inform you as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure, but we will actively assist you in negotiating with the transport company and relevant insurance institutions to try our best to reduce your losses. At the same time, we will also pay close attention to the progress of the incident and, if conditions permit, reschedule the shipment for you as soon as possible or take other remedial measures.
7. Taxes and fees
Depending on the customs policies of different countries and regions, imported lamps may incur tariffs, value-added tax and other taxes. These taxes and fees are levied by the customs of the destination country in accordance with the law. We cannot estimate the specific amount in advance. You must pay it to the local customs when the goods are cleared. Before you place an order, we recommend that you consult the local customs or relevant tax authorities to understand the taxes and fees that may be involved in imported lamps so that you can make a good budget. If the goods cannot be cleared smoothly or additional fees are incurred due to tax issues, we will not be responsible, but we will fully assist you in communicating and coordinating with the customs and provide necessary documents and information support.
